• Information submitted through WolfeTech applications

When a customer chooses to connect a financial account, we may also receive financial information through authorized financial service providers such as Stripe.

WolfeTech applications may allow business customers to securely connect bank or other financial accounts using Stripe Financial Connections or other authorized financial technology providers.

Depending on the services authorized by the customer, WolfeTech may receive:

• Financial institution and account information
• Account type
• Account balances
• Bank transaction history
• Transaction dates
• Transaction amounts
• Transaction descriptions
• Merchant or counterparty information made available by the financial institution

WolfeTech only accesses financial account information after the customer authorizes the connection. WolfeTech does not request or store a customer's online banking username or password.

Financial account information may be used to provide features requested by our business customers, including:

• Importing bank transactions
• Displaying account balances
• Bookkeeping assistance
• Bank reconciliation
• Expense tracking and categorization
• Matching transactions with invoices, payments, or expenses
• Financial reporting
• Cash-flow and business-management features
• Detecting duplicate or incomplete transaction records
• Providing other financial-management functionality requested by the customer

Financial information is not used for unrelated advertising purposes.

WolfeTech may use Stripe Financial Connections and other Stripe services to allow customers to connect financial accounts securely.

When a customer connects an account through Stripe, information is also processed by Stripe according to Stripe's applicable terms and privacy practices.

WolfeTech receives only the financial information and permissions authorized through the connection process.

Customers may disconnect a linked financial account or revoke access as permitted through the applicable WolfeTech application or financial connection provider.

Certain WolfeTech products may use Stripe and Stripe Connect for payment processing.

Payment information may be transmitted directly to Stripe for processing. WolfeTech may receive information about payments, refunds, fees, payouts, transfers, payment status, and related transaction activity necessary to provide our services.

We may use collected information to:

• Provide and operate WolfeTech products and services
• Authenticate users and maintain customer accounts
• Process and display business transactions
• Provide financial and business-management features
• Provide customer support
• Maintain and improve our software
• Protect against fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access

WolfeTech does not sell customer financial information or personal information.

WolfeTech stores financial data obtained through financial connections only as necessary to provide the services requested by the customer and as permitted by the applicable connection authorization.

Financial and personal information is stored using industry-standard security safeguards and is retained in accordance with applicable legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements.
